Meet your audience where they are. Deliver them meaningful experiences that grow your brand and inspire action. We can audit your current situation, then help to optimise your accounts and provide a strategy to guide activity. Alternatively, we can manage the channel for you.
Email marketing is the beating heart of your first-party data - if you’re not fully utilizing it then you’re wasting an opportunity to connect with your audience. We’ll work with you to understand how email fits your goals and audience, then make the most of it with tailored journeys, automations, segmentation, testing, reporting, and content.
A well-planned and optimised campaign can often make a fundamental difference for your charity, and in some cases might be critical for your fundraising revenue success (or failure). We can work with you and your teams to develop high-performing concepts that work across digital applications.

Creating digital products, such as websites, relies on combining the two distinct design disciplines of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). UX focuses on aspects such as functionality and accessibility, to make the experience pleasurable for users. UI looks at the graphical components, such as page layouts, buttons and icons. We support with both and bring them together to create the best possible digital products we can.
We often encounter this challenge across web design, email, social, and paid media. Having good ideas and understanding what looks good is one thing – but combing this with the understanding of it’s application is crucial. Knowing where your creative is going to be placed, how users will interact with it and the best practices on each platform are crucial ingredients to successful creative. We’re happy to partner and collaborate to help provide a digital voice for common pitfalls, best practices and more.
We recommend an approach of firstly understanding the key information that is required for those pages, then checking what’s new and what’s missing. Look at the pages from a user’s perspective (or better still do some user research) and try to understand how the UX and or UI design can be improved. Sometimes it can be a simple exercise or creating a new set of icons and refreshing your photographic images, which can give the pages a facelift and get users to engage and move through the journey better.
There may be places where you do need to provide website users with a large amount of content, however the first question to answer is “do we need all of this information?” and then secondly, “can we format it better?”. It’s good practice to revisit key pages on your website and review the content in order to see whether there are opportunities to make it more readable and digestible. Use headers, lists and other content elements to improve it for your users.
Website accessibility can be improved by using good UX and UI design. A few things to consider include: maintaining a consistent design, using high contrasting colours, using descriptive links, allowing keyboard navigation and labelling form fields. We can support on not only improving your designs, but also on user research to test they are right for your users.
