Location: Littlehampton (open to remote/hybrid/on-site options)
Reports to: Account Director
Position type: Full-time
Hours: 9am – 5:30pm Mon-Fri (flexible working – start any time between 8-10am and finish any time between 4:30-6:30pm)
Salary: £30-35k per year
Holiday: 25 days per year plus bank holidays

Job overview
We’re looking for a highly organised Project Manager to join our dynamic team of digital specialists. You will be responsible for overseeing and executing client projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and have a strong understanding of digital marketing services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Work closely with the client and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring that all tasks are assigned and completed on time.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency strategy.
- Monitor client feedback and continuously improve project processes based on feedback.
- Allocate and manage resources efficiently to ensure project requirements are met without exceeding budget or time constraints.
- Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and performance metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project analysis to evaluate successes, learn from challenges, and improve future project workflows.
- Identify potential risks or roadblocks to project timelines or deliverables and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
Requirements
- Great people skills and excellent communication
- Experience in a project management role
- A good understanding of the charity sector, its needs and common audiences
- Understanding of a range of digital service lines (paid media, SEO, data and measurement, websites – builds, maintenance, optimisation)
- Knowledge of project management tools and processes, such as ClickUp
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines, supporting multiple clients
